Features

Everything a Lucy team can do.

The full picture, grouped the way you would use it. Everything here is marked live, in testing, or coming, because a product still finding its feet should be straight about what actually works today.

Live today

Shipped and in use

Pick your AI staff from a catalogue Live

Browse specialists as cards and take on the ones you need. Eight come as standard: Helper, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineer, Email, Research and Content. Add your own by dropping in a simple text file.

Flat teams, no managers Live

Group them into teams on a visual canvas, and one can sit on several teams at once. Nominate one to pull the team's replies into a single answer, or leave it and read each reply on its own.

Custom job descriptions Live

Each one comes with a baseline you cannot break, plus a space for your own instructions, so you can sharpen it without losing what made it good.

One-to-one chat Live

Replies appear as they are written, you can stop and try again, formatting and code come out properly, history sticks around, and the cost of each reply is shown.

Team chat Live

Ask a whole team at once. They sort out among themselves who is best placed to answer and pass work on where needed, at most three times. You get one answer, with the working shown underneath.

Memory in three layers Live

Facts are picked out of your conversations, brought back when they are relevant, tidied up over time, and allowed to fade when they stop mattering. Private stays private, team knowledge stays in the team, company facts reach everyone. Pin anything you want kept.

Tools they can actually use Live

Four are live today: email, files, calendar and image generation. You decide which agent gets which, enforced at the filesystem level. If one of your own tools has a way to connect, it can be added.

Choose how much thinking each one does Live

Give each agent a faster, cheaper model or a slower, sharper one, or let Lucy choose. You pay the AI provider directly for what you use, with no markup from us, and the cost of each reply is shown.

In final testing

Almost there

Connect a new tool yourself In testing

New connections install from the catalogue the way you would add an app. Each one is checked before it installs, a short form collects the logins it needs, and removing it cleanly updates what every agent is allowed to use. Nothing has to be rebuilt.

On the roadmap

Coming next

Telegram Coming

Each one gets its own Telegram bot, so you can message an agent from your phone and it still has the same memory and tools.

Backups & setting up Coming

Nightly backups with a written, tested restore process, and a single command to set up a new customer.

A cap on what you can spend Coming

Set a ceiling on AI spend and see what has been used against it, so costs stay predictable.
